Membership QUESTIONS

Can I only become a member and then pay for my selected package at a later date?

Yes.  While you must select a package when you Become a Member, you may pay only the $30 Membership fee in Step 5 to secure your membership and membership pricing. You may return at a later time to our Payment Center to pay the current membership pricing in full for your selected package: Bronze, Silver or Platinum. If paid in full as part of pre-planning in advance of actual need, the paid funds are insured to ensure security of funds. You will be contacted for further insurance paperwork if needed.

Is the current discounted member price locked in once I become a Member?

No.  Only when the selected package is paid in full is the current discount member price secured permanently. The $30.00 Membership fee ensures you will always receive  Membership pricing.  Current Membership price may change at any time and only when the full payment is made for your selected package is the price "locked in".  Payment in full today secures today's pricing.

I have now moved and no longer reside in a region served by Tri-State Cremation Society of Delaware Valley, what should I do?

If you paid for your Cremation package in advance, pre paid funds are placed into an insurance product which is fully transferable to any funeral home in the country. Please contact Tri-State Cremation Society of Delaware Valley 1-855-396-3700 to notify us to transfer package funds to another funeral home. If you are a Member but had not yet paid for your package, the $30 membership fee is not refundable or transferable due to membership processing costs already incurred.

How can payment be made for the cremation package selected?

1. Payment can be made online in Step 5 within the arrangement centers of  Becoming A Member, Pre Planning  or A Death has Occurred.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

2. If $30 Membership is already paid, payment for Cremation Package balance can be made online at the Payment Center or by phone anytime prior to or at exact time of need. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

If cremation package is paid in advance of need as part of pre-planning, the paid funds are insured to ensure security of funds.  If paying at time of need, payment in full can be made through the A Death has Occured arrangement pathway with a credit card or by calling 302-764-1299 or 1-855-396-3700 during office hours to provide your credit card # over the phone.  Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, however, our team of professionals are available 24/7 for emergencies.
